I've personally really enjoyed all the discussions people have had where they gave opinions on Gaki and could always use more, so I figured an elimination contest would be interesting.

This subreddit's always been more content-based instead of discussion-based, so this could go either way. As a downside, if the contest is too long, if there's not enough people participating, or if the threads come too often, it can get a bit spammy or dull. These contests are good ways to get discussions going as people argue about why so-and-so should be eliminated this round. Thread 4 - Choose 1 to eliminate: Matsumoto, Hamada

Thread 2 - Choose 1 to be eliminated: Matsumoto, Hamada, Hosei, Tanaka Thread 1 - Choose 1 Gaki member to be eliminated: Matsumoto, Hamada, Hosei, Tanaka, Endo If you don't know, the idea is that whoever's running the contest makes a post where they list all the members of some category (for example, the 5 main cast of Gaki) and says that the comment with the most upvotes eliminates one of those members for the next round, and the rounds continue until one member is left. If you're involved in other communities on Reddit, you might have seen other subreddits host elimination contests.
